Download the file into its own folder. 
Ex:	C:\downloads
Where C is the letter of your hard drive.

Make sure you remember the name and location of the folder you download the file to.  

Go to the downloaded file (named: love_saver.exe ) and doubleclick it.  Thats it.  It will self extract and install itself.
